I’ve been practicing for over 6 years. And I used to have severe clinical anxiety myself. So, I know what it feels like to:

At one point, I stepped away from traditional therapy because I wanted to understand what actually creates transformation — outside of insurance constraints and rigid models.
I studied nervous system regulation, somatic approaches, breathwork, neuroscience, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
